University of New England Partnership

Â鶹ֱ²¥ University and the University of New England have entered into a new strategic healthcare education partnership that brings enhanced options to both universities. Well-qualified Â鶹ֱ²¥ students now have the opportunity for a guaranteed interview in UNE’s medical and dental schools. Students in Â鶹ֱ²¥’s health and science programs will have access to pursue UNE’s Physician Assistant program due to a new articulation agreement between Â鶹ֱ²¥ and UNE aimed at increasing the number of primary care providers in Maine. Further, while Â鶹ֱ²¥ no longer offers the PharmD program, Â鶹ֱ²¥ and UNE will also collaborate on their pre-pharmacy programs and will provide direct entry to qualified Â鶹ֱ²¥ and UNE undergraduates into the UNE School of Pharmacy.
